How it works

Talent is sourced through YUPRO Placement’s nationwide network and pre-assessed using career fit tools that align skills to your open roles. Each apprentice completes over 100 hours of pre-placement training with Franklin Skills, covering technical foundations, collaboration, and professional readiness.

Apprentices begin on-the-job assignments as W2 employees of YUPRO Placement.
We handle payroll, benefits, and compliance while providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development that accelerate time-to-productivity.

Apprentices grow into full contributors within eight weeks and continue developing through role-specific training and feedback. This approach builds institutional knowledge, reduces turnover, and strengthens your internal pipeline for long-term workforce stability.
