Ongelique – Recruiting Account Manager

Being a Year Up Bay Area Alumni, Ongelique has first-hand experience in how both Year Up and YUPRO Placement can transform professional careers.  She has learned that it is most important to be proactive by building skills sooner rather than later and the value of having mentors to guide you through difficult career turns. Ongelique will use her familiar background to relate to our talent community and support them in any way they may need, while also holding them accountable to their career goals while on assignment at YUPRO Placement. Ongelique’s experience includes leading growing teams through motivation, goal setting and collaboration, of which she will incorporate in supporting our young adults to meet their full career potential.
