David’s main passion drives from creating opportunity and accessibility for Diverse talent in his community and communities nationwide. He has experience working with the unemployed and underemployed population in Rhode Island, creating bridges to connect qualified candidates with employers. David takes pride in building employer relationships and having purposeful conversations on the proper wages and work culture for candidates. He strives to create a safe and open environment for candidates who may need additional assistance, training, and career advice. With multiple years in Workforce Development & Relationship building, David strives to help talent achieve their goal one candidate at a time.
