Kathy has over 25 years of executive staffing experience in both national and international markets. Her career has been distinguished by entrepreneurial endeavors in fast-growth, multi-site organizations, and her exceptional ability for building professional high-performance teams. Kathy’s commitment to serving communities led to the establishment of after school programs serving 10,000 elementary age children. A teacher at heart, Kathy looks forward to the impact of web based training.

West Regional Vice President
Sahaar previously worked at Year Up Bay Area as the Director of Corporate Engagement where she led Year Up’s post-program success team to exceed its graduate positive outcomes metrics for five consecutive years. At Year Up, Sahaar sat on the Diversity and Cultural Competency Committee and was selected as a member of Year Up’s Emerging Leaders Program. Her primary areas of expertise are business and talent development and strategic account management. She looks forward to drawing upon her private sector and non-profit experience in San Francisco to help achieve YUPRO’s socially driven mission.

East Regional Resource Manager
Wendy is a staffing and recruiting leader with over 15 years experience in both the staffing and education industries. Her diverse background focuses on business and talent development and strategic account management. Her core motivation of providing top notch services to both her clients and her candidates as well as driving others to reach their potential resonates in each of her previous roles.

West Regional Resource Manager
Margaret comes to YUPRO from Year Up Bay Area, where she was a Business Communications instructor. Prior to this, she worked in career transition counseling and international & domestic education based in Washington DC, as well as the San Francisco private sector. Having also worked in Europe and West Africa, Margaret applies her rich and varied professional experiences to help YUPRO contractors navigate their own career paths. Most importantly, Margaret is committed to social change, bridging the opportunity divide with Year Up alumni leading the way.

Talent Solutions Manager - West Region
Rebecca joins YUPRO after a successful career at Year Up Puget Sound where she played a critical role in launching Year Up programs in Phoenix and Bellevue. Trained with her Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington, Rebecca approaches relationship building with empathy, understanding, and accountability. She is known for her creative problem solving and her ability to deliver results. She has a passion for workforce development, equal access to higher education, and empowering young adults to overcome barriers to success.
Talent Solutions Director - East Region
Dan has joined YUPRO to help coach, mentor and partner with Year Up Alumni as they navigate their professional careers. He comes with a deep and broad understanding of every facet of the staffing industry, for over two decades he has helped tens of thousands of people, specializing in permanent, direct hire career search and placement. He has proven experience across all aspects of recruiting, including paid search, corporate, out placement and RPO services. His passion, transparency and commitment to excellence in customer service has produced numerous awards and recognition for top-tier performance throughout his career. Another one of his passions is coaching and has coached athletics for over a decade and currently coaches his daughter’s high school lacrosse team. He is looking forward to combining, both his passion for career placement and love of coaching to help advance the careers of the Year Up alumni.

Dan is passionate about closing the opportunity divide not only from a professional perspective but also his own personal experience; seeing firsthand the social and economic injustices his parents overcame to take ownership of their own careers. Despite owning 4-year degrees from Gallaudet University, the world’s only university designed to be barrier-free for deaf and hard of hearing students, his parents faced immeasurable obstacles; but, through their own grit, determination and hard work, they succeeded. Dan is excited and motivated to get to work and looks forward to applying the very same principles his parents instilled in him long ago!
Operations and Marketing Manager for YUPRO National
Bonita Dungan is the Operations and Marketing Manager for Yupro. One of her major life goals – make a big impact on our global community. Bonita is excited to be a part of the YUPRO team. She is committed to engaging with the Year Up Mission and Vision placing graduates in roles where they can be successful both in their career and their lives. Bonita strongly believes that celebrating our differences and sharing our ideas can powerfully change our perspectives, our stories, and our opportunities for success. She wants to be part of enabling new outcomes in the US and the world. She is excited to be a part of the YUPRO team and to be bridging the Opportunity Divide for generations to come.
